Credit System: Academic programs of Southeast University are based on credit system. Each academic program has a requisite number of credits to complete the degree. One credit hour indicates one lecture hour of study per week for a semester. Usually, a course is of three credit hours.
Financial Assistance
Southeast University has a policy for financial assistance for the poor but meritorious students
Scholarship/Waiver :
1. 100% tuition waiver – GPA 5.00(Golden GPA) in HSC excluding 4th
subject.
2. 70% tuition waiver – GPA 4.80 – 4.99 in HSC excluding 4th
subject.
3. 30% tuition waiver – GPA 4.50 – 4.79 in HSC excluding 4th
subject.
4. 15% tuition waiver – GPA 4.00 – 4.49 in HSC excluding 4th
subject.
5. Merit Scholarship based on semester final results for all
courses.
6. Course waiver also allowed.
Students have to pay admission & other fees at the time of Admission.
Accommodation Facility & Health Care:
Accommodation facilities are available for women students at a reasonable cost. The University has also an experienced physician for students' health care.
